The All-In package includes everything you need to get staff started plus membership to an online teacher mentor community. Teachers will have the opportunity to post questions, view informational videos, and collaborate with other educators from different walks of life.
Platinum Coaching Package
The platinum package includes everything you need to get started, exclusive membership to an oline teacher mentor community, and coaching for a small teacher cohort. This package is ideal for beginning teachers or teachers who need additional support in the classroom.

Our Teacher Mentoring Packages are designed to assist teachers in both academic and behavioral instructional practices. Teachers stay where they feel valued and supported.
Teacher Coaching Community
The Teacher Coaching Community is exclusive to program participants. It includes membership for a year with access to additional content, teaching supports, and information. Members can post questions, collaborate in online discussions, and seek feedback from other professionals in the field. It is a platform where participants can express themselves freely, offer support in their area of expertise, and be a part of a caring community.
Teacher Coaching
Teacher coaching consists of a small 4-6 teacher cohort, this is done so that the participants can receive the individualized attention they need to meet their professional growth goals. Coaching will consist of both behavioral and academic classroom support. Our hands-on approach to teaching and learning coupled with our classroom experience in urban schools is what separates our coaching from the rest.
